Sorry that it's been a couple of weeks since I've updated. We've had a rough 2 weeks. DH's dad was put into hospice on the 5th of May. DH went down to S. Missouri to be with him, his mom, and brother while they took care of him. We all really missed DH when he was gone at his folks. I never realized how much he did to help out. Anyway, his dad passed away on May 9th from leukemia. He had only been diagnosed with it a couple of months before. It was sad that he passed so quickly, but at least he isn't in anymore pain, and he was active up until a week before he died.
I wish I had a picture to post of him. My SIL is supposed to be getting me one.

So sorry to hear about your loss. It's not easy under any circumstances, but it is wonderful that your husband got to be with him.
I'm so sorry for your loss...
my DH's mother passed away earlier this year, it's very hard to lose ones parent.
My heart goes out to your whole family...
